Whenever I used to cry, I was constantly reminded that I have nothing to cry about and should stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that I&#8217;m older, I realize that everybody is on their own unique journeys in life. Everybody goes through hardship. It shouldn&#8217;t be measured by how &#8220;serious&#8221; or how &#8220;important&#8221; it is. All I know is that the sadness that comes with it is very real and all that matters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We should have more empathy as it is one of life&#8217;s greatest gifts you can give to someone who is hurting. Smile more and listen more!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color\">Communication is an&nbsp;important&nbsp;cornerstone of relationships. It&#8217;s through our&nbsp;words&nbsp;and actions that we share our true selves with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Life is way too short and opportunities slip by, and so there is no time to&nbsp;<strong><em>Leave Important Words Unsaid.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve always been slightly judgmental due to the tough love I was given when I growing up.
